Rankdigger v9.0: Personalized Keyword Trends in Topics
Sections
Rankdigger 9.0 adds personalized keyword trends to the Topics page.
You can select up to three industries per project, see the newest matching keyword trends, and open a detailed trend view for deeper context.
The result is a more focused Topics workflow with fresher ideas, clearer context, and less manual research.
#What’s New?
#Trending keywords directly in your project
Each project can now display a personalized list of trending keywords at the top of the Topics page.
Instead of browsing general keyword trends separately, you can now see fresh ideas that are connected to your project’s focus. This helps you react faster to rising search interest and turn relevant trends into new topics, articles, landing pages, or content updates.
#Choose the Industries That Matter to Your Project
You can now select up to three industries for each project.
These industries help Rankdigger understand which keyword trends are relevant for your website or business. You can choose broader industry areas or more specific subcategories, depending on how focused your project should be.
The selected industries can be added during project setup or changed later in the project settings.
#A Focused List of Fresh Keyword Opportunities
Rankdigger shows up to five of the newest matching keyword trends for your project.
Each trend includes the most important information at a glance:
- The trending keyword
- The trend date
- Search volume
- The matching industry
If a keyword matches more than one selected industry, it will still only appear once. This keeps the list clean and easy to scan.
#Relevant Results for Your Project Market
The trend suggestions are matched to your project’s language and market.
German-language projects receive German trend data. Other projects receive US trend data.
This helps make the suggestions more useful, because keyword trends can vary strongly between markets and languages.
#More Context for Every Trend
When you click on a trending keyword, Rankdigger opens a detailed view with more information about that trend.
This view helps you understand why the keyword may be relevant and whether it is worth using in your content planning.
Depending on the available data, you can see:
- A short explanation of the trend
- Related industries
- Reasons why the trend is relevant
- Related news links
- Search intent
- Autocomplete suggestions
- Long-tail keyword ideas
- Synonyms and antonyms
- Previous trend records
This gives you more context before deciding whether to create content around the keyword.
#Helpful Guidance When No Trends Are Available
If you have not selected any industries yet, Rankdigger will show a short setup hint and guide you to the project settings.
If you have selected industries but there are currently no matching trends, Rankdigger will show a clear no-results message.
This way, you always know whether you still need to configure the feature or whether there simply are no matching trends available at the moment.
#Available in English and German
The new Trending keywords section, industry selection, help texts, limits, and empty states are available in English and German.
#Why This Update Matters
Keyword trends are most useful when they match the project you are actually working on.
Rankdigger 9.0 brings trend discovery closer to your content workflow. You can now find new keyword opportunities directly inside Topics, understand their context, and decide faster which ideas are worth turning into content.
This update helps you move from trend discovery to content planning with fewer steps.
